Project Goals:

Approach:

1. We started the project with a thorough analysis of the client’s requirements and the job board app market. We identified the key features that would make the app stand out from competitors and attract both job seekers and recruiters.
2. We then designed the app’s user interface, keeping in mind the ease of use and simplicity. We created wireframes and prototypes to get feedback from the client and make necessary changes.
3. We chose to use Flutter as the development framework for the app to ensure cross-platform compatibility and faster development time. We integrated AWS for cloud hosting, storage, and video streaming to ensure scalability and reliability.
4. We developed the video resume feature using Twilio’s video API to ensure high-quality video recording and streaming. We also integrated the search and matching algorithm, which used machine learning algorithms to analyze the video resumes and match job seekers with relevant job opportunities.
